Distribution of KittyKart
The agreement regards the provision of 9VRSE, Inc.'s flagship play-and-earn game, KittyKart, on the Elixir Platform which will also announce all future updates and related developments of the game. Moreover, Elixir will feature all current and future NFTs presented by 9VRSE, maximizing their visibility and redirecting traffic to the corresponding marketplace on which they are for sale.
9VRSE will be entering Elixir as a game partner and will be given support with their multiplayer game launch. The beta version of KittyKart will be ready for feature on the Elixir.App platform in 2022 and downloadable for all compatible Windows and MacOS setups.
KittyKart will feature a Free-to-Play mode that welcomes users to play the game just for fun. There will also feature a ranked, blockchain-based mode with crypto and NFT elements, in which tournaments and competitions can be organized. As a skill-based game, the more you win the more you earn.

ABOUT KITTYKART
KittyKart is a single and multiplayer first-person-shooter (FPS) racing game filled with digital assets that players can earn and use to embellish their go-karts and characters within the game universe. Players aim to race, collect, create, and build karts for their avatars that can enhance their in-game experience and increase their performance in matches. The game universe features a player-owned economy where players can truly own, buy, and sell the resources they earned in the game through skilled-gameplay. The digital economy incorporated into the game can be more broadly described as following a “play-and-earn” model. KittyKart is the primary issuer of game assets, and KittyKart’s asset issuance is determined by a player demonstrating proof-of-play (see below).
The “KittyMart” is the official and only marketplace where KittyKart game assets can be sold or bought via the ERC20 Kitty Inu token. KittyMart is considered a secondary marketplace as only players who have earned assets through gameplay (or purchased them from others who have earned them) can create listings. There is no primary marketplace for KittyKart game assets; all assets intended for KittyKart are created and earned through gameplay only.
